Founding Partner e CEO
Cícero was CEO of FANEM Ltda. (leading company in the neonatology segment in Brazil), between 2011 and 2013, being responsible for the internationalization of the company with great success. After leaving the company, he has dedicated himself to managing the communication group that belongs to his family and acting as an angel investor in startups. The executive has a degree in business administration and international business from Avantis University, with a specialization in People and Business Management, from Insper (São Paulo, SP).
Co-Founder e Board Member
Gabriel operate for more than 15 years on BNDES and BNDESPAR, having been an executive responsable for the follow-up and attendance of the privetaly held business (VC and PE) portfolio of severeal assets on the health market. Has experience and success cases with family business in their professionalization, corporate governance improvement, strategy performance and preparation for initial public offerings (IPOs). Business degree and MBA in finances with Masters degree in business from IBMEC.
Co-Founder e CTO
Fabiana was co-founder of 2i health care and director of innovation for over 5 years. He holds a degree in biochemical pharmacy, specialization in clinical analysis, a master’s degree in microbiology and a doctorate in experimental pathology, both from UEL. She leded a technical team composed of 7 people, including 3 masters and 2 phD who developed a complete line of rapid biological indicators (fluorescence). An experienced professional with an analytical profile, Fabiana has extensive knowledge of R&D and regulatory processes, as well as teaching experience, where she worked for more than 5 years.
Co-Founder e CFO
Ibn Pinto was the direct responsible for the follow-up and attendance of the GOAT Ventures portfolio, especially on the finance and controllership areas. He is administration graduate and holds a Master Business degree on Financial Manager, Audit and Controllership from FGV. Since 2009 has been working as an executive and business partner on several family business, acting as CFO, internal audit and controller. Combining his long experience in business analysis and control with a hands-on profile and solid financial knowledge, Ibn will be the GOAT partner assigned to accompany the Hygia project at the Biopark.
